Contractor, no one is better suited for this task. Think about it, the GC is involved with a project before actual
construction begins and is there after the project is turned over. The GC works closely with the owner, project
managers, architects and engineers, inspectors, and all of the sub-contractors on the site and no one has more to gain
from photo-documentation during construction.
Every sub-contractor and specialty contractor will benefit from their own photo-documentation as well. When you
use the same process as the General Contractor and Owners use all of the photographs can be combined into a master
photo-document.

- CPD "The Program" - A do-it-yourself training program with all of the instructions, forms, and photographic examples that your need
to start your own photo-documentation program. Available here for on-line reading and .pdf download.
- CPD Services - CPD provides photo-documentation and consulting in the San Francisco Bay Area. I will work directly with your
company to develop and implement your photo-documentation program. With one on one assistance and on-site training you will start
taking pictures the first week and have a fully operational photo-documentation program in 3-4 weeks.
- CPD Services 2.0, on-line - For those not conducting business in the San Francisco Bay Area (or even if you are) I have developed an
on-line quick start program. I'll get to know your needs through a series of questions and answers. I'll ask you to pick a project, assign
a person to take photos and upload them to an on-line service. I will review the photos and present you with a written (base) program
for you to build on.
